I suffer from PCOS and so I still suffer from acne at 24 years old. I would say it's mild to moderate, depending on what time of the month. I still have lots of pigmentation from my horrible acne phases, and so generally I will not leave the house without putting on foundation and concealer. A friend gave me her birchbox sample of this bb cream, and I knew it was something I'd been meaning to try for awhile. I have to say - I really liked it. It's not heavy enough to cover everything...
