I had the same problem, it splatters all over the place, even if you shake it before pumping it. I bought mine on-line through BareMinerals. They are sending me another one at no charge, hopefully it's better and comes from a batch that isn't defective.

I love my BE, don't get me wrong!

For those of you who have used regular Prime Time, this product is NOTHING like it. It is so watery, with every pump it splats all over hands and clothes, its thin application...
