Lumi by L'Oreal is my favorite drugstore foundation yet. I have used at least 6 very expensive department store brands and this one for $9 beats them all. Light to medium buildable coverage. This foundation leaves skin looking soft and flawless. Just the right amount of shimmer. Better application when using a moisturizer underneath. Glowing and healthy is how I would describe finish.
