True Rose Dusting Powder, from Woods of Windsor, is a wonderful product. It really does make you feel cooler, once you've dusted it on. What's more, it's a beautiful and delicate scent of roses, without being overpowering or smelling overly synthetic. It's a shame that it appears that they have discontinued this product.

Love the smell. I wear it instead of perfume. Oh and when the weather is hot, and need a secret weapon to look cool in the heat.
