this foundation is natural, doesn't have any spf (which I prefer), does contain mica for a subtle dewy sheen. coverage is sheer and buildable to medium. You can buff this into your skin with a real techniques brush or with your fingers (I prefer this method as I feel the warmth of my fingers works it in better). I'm about the skin tone of gabriel union and I find this works well on my lighter areas through the middle of my face and cheeks, which just happens to be where I need evenin...
