The stuff feels like silk when you are applying it but I have to use about a dime size dollop to cover my entire face. Because the tube is small, it probably wouldn't last a month if I used it on all work days.

After applying, my liquid foundation applies easier, smoother, and lighter. Not sure why some report it hard to apply because dimethicone is a silcone oil that goes on easily.
