I use the mary kay highlighting pen every day. As long as you pick the right shade, try to match it with your concealer, it will make your eyes pop and hide those under eye bags

I've been using this product for a number of years now. While the consistency is good, I sometimes mix it with a tiny bit of moisturizer since it's going on that delicate inner/under eye area. It provides great natural looking coverage and brightens the area.
