Granted, the photo is not great (a real swatch would be nice), but I assumed it was a pigment-in-a-water-base product, like most other water-based airbrush cosmetics. Instead, it's a vivid, translucent liquid cheek stain, a coral version of Benefit's Benetint. No shimmer. Watery consistency, so it flows nicely through my airbrush, with no blotchiness like you sometimes get with cheek stains when you use a sponge or brush to apply. One could easily use it as a stain on the lips too. ...
