I used to use this makeup ages ago and was excited to find it on here. It arrived quickly, in a manila envelope. There was no product packaging, just the tube pictured which was capped, but had no safety seal. There was makeup residue on the outside of the tube and on the lid. When I removed the cap, there was makeup caked on to the end of the tube.
