This powder sets makeup nicely and controls shine at least initially, but the shine control doesn't seem to last any longer than with any inexpensive loose or pressed powders I've used. I have rather fair skin and thought the universal shade would make the most sense for me, but it does seems to add a subtle white chalky look to my skin. That effect seems to lessen when applying with a brush rather than a sponge, but it is still noticeable. I might buy this powder again, but I would ...
