I've had the Halo powder for just about a week and I must admit that I have been very impressed. For me, my foundation and powder are one of the few areas I would "splurge" on, and for about the past two years I have been using the Georgio Armani Liquid Silk Foundation and powder. I must say that they are amazing and I LOVE them. But they are very expensive. Oh, and it is only sold in one store in all of Philadelphia, which is about an hour away from me.
