I purchased this item as I did not want to bay $17 for the urban Decay primer. I was happily surprised, my item was shipped quickly. I have used it for the past 5 days and my eye make up has stayed on all day and not melted as it tended to do before. I use my finger to put it on, a little goes a long way. The skin tone color is good it is just a bit darker than my skin but that is fine as you do not see it after you make-up is on. It is very creamy and goes on very smooth. I ha...
