I've tried many primers, and some of them make your skin feel like it is coated with grease. This primer is light and so natural-looking. It works well under liquid, powder or mineral make-up, or even without any make-up! The texture is smooth, and a bit liquid-y, and it also has a subtle tint to it. It does not make your skin look overly matte, which can look unnatural, and doesn't seem to be drying. I love this product, and can't recommend it enough.
