Smashbox Primer in Blend is advertized so that you believe it will cover up under eye circles, capillary veins and uneven skin tone. It is a great primer in that it smooths the skin, goes on easily leaving a nice finish so that your foundation and concealer can be applied nicely and last. But that's all it does. It is not opague enough to cover up eye circles and veins. I did not find that I could go without my foundation or concealer. You will still need them, but they will go...
