Love this product! The directions say to put it over makeup to tone down shine. You're supposed to use it like blotting paper. I say, use it however you like it because you can't go wrong. In the summer this is sometimes the only product I use (besides sunscreen). A little bit - a pea sized amount is more than enough - applied to your t-zone makes skin velvety and shine-free.
