I have heavily folded eyelids so finding a good primer is a must for my eyeshadow to not crease after immediately putting it on. This is one of the best I've used. The trick is really you have to use the tiniest amount to get a really nice matte tacky prime for your eyeshadow (literally the size of a couple of sesame seeds is what I use).
